I couldn't agree more! That @*$#^%^%26* user control will drive you nuts!
Go to Control Panel, Security, Security Center, Other Security settings and turn off ''User Account Control''. It will ''whine %26 moan about it and there will be a shield with a red X in your task bar but at least those blasted warnings that pop up 11 million times a day will cease.
